Position Summary :
- The resource would be a key member of the Actuarial Services team and would work in close collaboration with teams in AXA entities
- Candidate is expected to work on multiple analytics projects for P&C/Health insurance related to Pricing/ Reserving/ Valuation/ Claim Analysis and other Actuarial/analytical Projects for the team.
- Play a critical role in Non-Life Actuarial support platform servicing various AXA Group entities
- Fortify existing AXA BS Actuarial practice supporting globally where AXA has a presence across P&C/Health domains
- The resource is expected to manage multiple stakeholder and/or engagement with AXA Entities.
Key Accountability :
- Responsible for delivery of project in P&C and Health domain for actuarial team.
- Responsible for Client/Stakeholder management and should be able to handle multiple clients/stakeholder
- Responsible for generating Business Development and build relationship with existing clients for increasing the existing engagements
- Responsible for management of internal customers and support function to ensure that AXA policies are followed across team.
- Become a trusted partner for AXA Group entities - engage for capability showcase including visiting entities for opportunity assessment, discussions and piloting solutions
- Responsible for managing team and providing technical support
Specific position related experience :
- AVP: 10+ years of experience in P&C actuarial domain (preferably a Fellow or one paper less than Fellowship)
- VP: 12+ years of experience in P&C actuarial domain (preferably a Fellow or one paper less than Fellowship)
- Good understanding of P&C/Health Actuarial concepts - for Pricing, Reserving and Valuation etc
- Should be in a position to provide technical guidance to the P&C/Health insurance team and be able to resolve any issues that arise so that deliverables are met
- Knowledge of various actuarial techniques and should be able to provide technical guidance to the team
- Experience in team and stakeholder management is required.
Specific Knowledge Required :
- Should have domain specific knowledge related to P&C/ Health Insurance
- Should have knowledge related to various actuarial technique used in P&C/ Health area.
