AVP/Vice President - Wholesale Lending/Loan Operations - Commercial Banking

Job Description :

- Responsible for managing the Loan Operations Department of the Bank.

- Experience in commercial lending or wholesale lending.

- Experience in Pre and Post Approval sanction process is must.

- Develop and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures.

- Develop and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures.

- Streamlining the Loans process E2E and establishing robust controls

- Driving Transformation initiatives and making the process consistent and standard across MENA and APAC.

- Working Knowledge of Corporate Credit Operations which includes Pre and Post Approval process.

- Monitoring overall functioning of Credit operations from Documentation till Loan Servicing.

- Verifying the loan agreement documents (Facility letters, Valuation reports of properties, Sanctions, Independent Legal documents, Solicitors Title documents and Land charge forms)
