AVP/Vice President - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management - Financial Firm - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Looking for AVP/VP- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for a leading client into the financial industry. Position to be based out in Kolkata.

Qualification: Any Graduation/ MBA from tier 1 institutes

Key Responsibilities:

1) Heading Talent Acquisition and Talent Management

2) Handle end to end PMS Framework, Compensation and Benefit, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement and Employee Communication under the umbrella of Talent Management.

3) Responsible for end to end hiring for all the companies in Financial Services domain in the group. 4) To ensure hiring the best talent for the organization within defined TAT, with optimized cost and adherence to the laid down process.

5) Handle Business Partnering for the Organization with the group of resources at Zones and Corporate Office.

6) Responsible for handling the entire PMS Cycle from finalization of JD, KRA and KPIs for all employees, mid-year and annual review process to finalization and roll out of PMS letters.

7) Handle the C&B framework and custodian of the Compensation philosophy, rewards delivery, stay proposals and compensation benchmarking exercise. Salary fixation basis internal and external parity and Promotion grid.

8) Training Need Analysis through PMS inputs, IDP and Assessment Center results and play a role in the design of training calendar. Custodian of the engagement calendar roll out & adherence; RnR and Engagement Platform; Engagement Survey and action planning; and Annual Business Review meeting and Rewards.
