Position : AVP/VP/Sr.VP- International Trade

Responsibilities :

Manage and control the specific Trading Desk.

- Market research and business intelligence to develop strategic activities to expand the business

- Identify potential trading opportunities and build a strong global network

- Revenue generation for the LOB to meet the top line targets

- Cost optimization with a key focus on the profitability upward curve

- Efficient stakeholder management to enable trade execution activities for physical trading operations

- Manage and execute contracts including Sales & Business Operations

- Metals & Minerals

- Paper

- Agro

- Polymer

- Fertilizers

Requirements :

- Strong industry knowledge

- Established network

- Able to conceptualize trading/ operational issues

- Understands different product specifications, the purpose and the significance of test methods

- Understands Blending economics and bulk management

- Highly numerate, meticulous and organized

- Commercial awareness and excellent negotiating skills

- Strong knowledge of vessel and barge logistics

- Comfortable with using Web-based applications / in house system

- Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
