AVP/Vice President - Sales - HNI/UHNI Segment - Real Estate

You should be a Sales Superstar in the "Ultra Luxury" products categories - Super Luxury real estate (5cr & above), Super Luxury Automobiles ( 1cr & above), Hospitality, Luxury Brands, Wealth Management (handing AUM of 100 cr & above) - dealing with UHNW clients with exceptional communication skills and personality.

- You will be dealing with Ultra HNI's and their families and will engage with them through a consultative mode of selling.

- You will partner the organization leadership in devising the Sales strategy and implement the same in line with the business plan.

- You will be required to develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue

- You will be generating revenues by gaining fresh customers, upselling/ referencing from the existing customers, conducting events and exhibitions, managing channel partners.

- You will personally follow up with the UNHW clients/influencers/arranging their site visits / answering all their queries through consultative selling.

- You should be a market-savvy professional who knows what's happening in the region / who should be able to map the competition including tracking of new launches in the Super Luxury segment on a regular basis and devise appropriate strategies to tackle competition.

- You will be required to Interface with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities to maintain visibility in the Ultra HNI network.

- You should nurture, grow and invest in building long term relationships with channel partners / IPC's

What we need :

- MBA from Premier institutes with specialization in Sales & Marketing

- 10 to 15 years experience in High value Real Estate / Wealth Management in a Leading Bank / BFSI Sector

- Relevant experience in selling of High value products to HNIs / UHNIs.

- Mature and balanced individual with high result orientation

- Process driven individual with excellent communication skills
