AVP/VP - MERCHANT ACQUISITION-POS Machines-Chennai

- Products Portfolio - POS Terminal for Large Corporate

- Channel Portfolio - Sales Team and Branch Banking Team

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing Product Sales Manager and Sales Officer and their productivity

- Business development with Retails Branch & other internal channels to ensure portfolio penetration of POS EDC business

- Ensure to achieve monthly target and onboard profitable merchant.

- Monitor and fulfill prospect and leads provided by the Branches for new business or cross sell opportunity

- Manage the relationship with customers to reduce customer attrition and to ensure continual growth and sales targets.

- Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics; provide results and recommendations for improvement

- Track and achieve revenue/penetration in merchant acquisition

- Coordinate with all the internal Business units to ensure seamless service.
