AVP/Vice President - Investor Relations - BFSI

Strong and Relevant experience across Investments (domestic & international), Fund Raising, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Sells Side Equity, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Business Strategy & Planning, Fundraising through equity. Someone who should have led the closure of successful domestic/ cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures & fund-raising.

Key Skills required would revolve around Deal Structuring, Term Sheet preparation, Valuation, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling etc.

Responsibilities :-

- Responsible for end-to-end transaction execution of investment opportunities/Fundraising in the market.

- Portfolio management including risk monitoring to realize desired performance and investment returns.

- Prepare fundraising plans for various projects that will meet the organization's strategic goals
