AVP/Vice President - Investment Banking

We are hiring VP/AVP - Investment Banking for our client a mid sized firm HQ in Mumbai and offices across the globe.

VP - Investment Banking

Role :

- Origination and execution of end to end ECM, Private Equity and M&A deals

- Maintain market intelligence of investment opportunities

- Making pitch and presentation to prospects.

- Business development for target sectors

- Building relationships with key decision makers in the companies in the target sector.

- Tracking key developments in the target sector.

- Leveraging memberships in industry bodies and corporate at appropriate level.

The Ideal Candidate should be an MBA/CA with at least 10+ years of experience in investment banking space.

Exposure to BFSI, Banking, Financial, Fintech, Medical, Technology, Consumer, Renewables would be an added advantage.
