AVP/Vice President - Investment Banking

Established industry player is looking to hire an investment banker due to business expansion.

Responsibilities :

- Identify sectors and companies that might be viable business targets for investors

- Originate transactions, either buy-side or sell-side - approach, engage and pitch M&A ideas to targets and investors

- Formulate Fund raise/M&A strategies, conduct financial modeling, develop pitches

- Manage and execute deals with the support from associates and analysts teams

Requirements :

- MBA/CFA

- Minimum 6 years of Investment Banking experience including at least 3 years of M&A origination experience

- Familiarity with M&A processes and takeover rules

- Strong numerical, analytical, written, project and relationship management skills

- Team player, who is confident, self-motivated and resourceful

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Well-rounded commercial & economic awareness and good understanding of the financial markets
