Candidate should have an experience in Consulting in either of:  Insurance Brokerage  Retirements   Benefits   Actuarials  Role Focus   Dedicated to serving multinational clients across a broad array of global employee benefit issues, supporting clients- needs for strategy definition and execution, effective financial management and administrative support, data and information. This role requires both technical and consulting skills to sell and deliver Benefits (Wealth, Health) and other services (HR M&A) to new and existing multinational clients.  Typical Key Activities   Selling to Multinational Clients and Prospects   - Discover commercial possibilities and proactively sell profitable services to new and existing multinational clients.   - Leverage existing relationships (e.g. other lines of business) and other companies to support client business development.   - Effectively promote Global Benefits Consulting services and value proposition.   - Conduct pricing & budget analyses and negotiate appropriate terms and fees.   Client Relationship Management   - Build and manage client relationships with multiple contacts and at decision making organizational levels.   - Resolve difficult and challenging client problems and relationship issues.   - Determine client requirements and brief the client team. Provide guidance and direction to ensure team meets deadlines, service standards and budgets.   - Build trust by doing the right thing; know what is right and act responsibly with clients and colleagues.   Client Service Delivery   - Advise on a range of global issues to assist multinational clients in making informed decisions with respect to international employee benefits.   - Pragmatically consider specific client problems from the client's business perspective (cross LOB) and develop correspondingly client-focused solutions.   - Leverage breadth and depth of experience to develop non-standard solutions, i.e. seek opportunities for innovation.   - Apply expertise in serving multinational companies, while broadening consulting capabilities and building technical depth in select subject matter and geographies.   - Manage engagement letters, SOWs, invoicing and collections.   - Lead or key support to Relationship Manager on medium to large multinational accounts   - Expertise in developing written proposals and SOWs, responding to formal RFPs for Global Benefits consulting services   - Independently participate in complete commercial processes   - Tangible experience executing a range of international projects such as multinational pooling, Global Benefits Management or Consulting, development of global governance principles, benefit audits, M&A due diligence, pension actuarial coordination  - General business acumen and curiosity to learn about multinational client needs   - Self-motivated and work well in a highly collaborative environment   - Client-facing, account planning and project management skills   - Ability to build relationships with MCG globally, with other LOB/OpCos and with clients/markets  - Ability to communicate complex ideas   - Ability to innovate and think critically   - Global mindset, openness to and awareness of diversity and with a propensity to see common patterns across countries and markets   - In-depth knowledge of employee benefit advisory: governance, design, placement, harmonization/optimization, risk management, multi country coordination  - In-depth knowledge of Global Benefits Brokerage and Consulting including insured and self-insured benefits, multinational pooling and captive financing  - General familiarity with employee benefits globally and deep familiarity with employee benefits in select countries and at least a major region   - Demonstrate expert level of competence with global benefits consulting offerings including advisory on M&A projects (due diligence, post-merger integration)
