AVP/ Vice President - Client Relations (Wealth Management)

Location : One Professional for each location (Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi / Kolkata / Mumbai)

About the Client :

Our client is the Wealth Management arm of a leading Financial Services Group, a boutique Wealth Management and multi-family office firm which provides a client-centric advisory platform and bespoke wealth solutions. Founded in 2010, we have been servicing clients for their wealth management requirements. Our expertise is built on the foundation of the multi-decade experience of our Founders and Senior Management in the Financial Markets.

Currently, with a team of 60+ dedicated Wealth Management professionals across all service areas we are servicing INR 10K Crores of Client Assets of 400+ families including Business Promoters, Corporate and Business Leaders.

Core Purpose of the Role :

1. Client Engagement

- Build & manage the HNI/UHNI clients (individuals and corporates) advising them on all investment and financial needs

- Enhancement of portfolio size and wallet share of existing customers with strict adherence to compliance

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Provide regular value-added engagement with client

2. Generating Revenue and Business Development

- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets

- Ensure optimal Product Penetration including fee based advisory

- Monitor and drive consistent business with Clients

- Maintain the Market Mapping for each client

- Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities.

- Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new client

Work Experience : 8-15 years of experience in financial markets, with exposure in Wealth boutiques/Private Banking

Qualifications : MBA/PGDM

Salary : INR 25 - 35 Lacs pa.
