Business Development
- Preparing strategy for project acquisition. Preparing innovative solutions to meet organisation's requirement as well as ensuring deal structure meets the investment & financial goals.
- Source and analyse deals in thereby creating & managing a big network of professionals.
- Land Acquisition - Buying & Transactions, Deal Structuring. Land qualification analysis and documentation for required approval for projects.
- Conduct feasibility analysis of deals according to future plans of organisation in line with investment and financial goals of organisation.
- Responsible for getting new development opportunities to organization via feasible Joint Development/Joint Venture transactions
- Business generation through direct corporate marketing channels and indirect associates / partner channels
- Interact with Land owners /Consultants constantly to bring new developments
- Negotiations and Finalization of Legal / Commercial terms with owners of the property and Execution of the Agreements
- Coordination with various advocates/solicitors, law firms to deal with, drafting lease agreements, leave and license agreements, finalization of the clauses of agreement, drafting Non-disclosure agreements, MOU's, Services agreement, Expression of Interest, etc.
- Coordinating with Business partners communicating updates on Business model, Planning, Liaison and Product Mix.
- Generate new business through formation of new client relationships, the expansion and deepening of existing relationships and the pursuit of cross-selling opportunities of the firm's services platform.
- Developing Business Plan for New projects and provide with Market update on Prices, Land value, Recent Transactions and Estimated marketable value
Market Research
- Identifying key potential demography for Development of Retail and Residential spaces across India.
- Analysing existing developer's inventory, sales velocity, prices, and proposed developments in the given vicinity.
- Research proposed developments such as extension of roads, Metro, land acquisition by Government, any other factors benefit/hinder the development.
- Coordination with External agencies, Research organizations in obtaining detailed market research report on Demography, Growth factors, Income level, Population and growth trends.
Liaison
- Handling communication between Local Development authority
- Contacts in Government organizations and Bureaucrats
- Providing details & links to legal team in documentation and acquisition process
- Supervise development plan submission and co-ordinate with government officials and internal team
Candidates from Real estate industry would be considered only. Proven experience in acquiring large land parcels across the country . Liaison with state authorities and ministry would be a huge advantage.
