AVP - International Wholesale Business ( Vertical Head )
- Will be responsible driving P&L of International Wholesale Voice business through teams
- Should have knowledge of Product Management, Commercial Management of wholesale business.
- Adept in developing and implementing business development strategies, marketing plans & sales campaigns to achieve targeted revenue & growth objectives.
- Well versed in developing and launching new products, services and enhancements in features meeting changing customer expectations & market dynamics.
- Proficient in building and sustaining robust relationships with key accounts and collaborate in capturing client requirements and achieving consistently high satisfaction scores.
- Skilled in building teams and achieving AOP and year on year growth targets through coaching, mentoring & motivation.
- To be well versed with concepts of Optimized Routing (OR) / Least Cost Routing (LCR), wholesale voice negotiations, swap agreements etc (Very Important)
