AVP-Vendor Risk-TPRM In this role, you will: - Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives - Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics - Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work - Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations - Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables - Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business - Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business - Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management - Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff - To initiate applicable risk assessments like Information security, Business Continuity Plan, Third Party Hosting Solution, Third Party Assurance Attestation, Vendor Viability Assessment, Background check, The Office of Foreign Assets Control and exit strategy etc. - Responsible for managing /Monitoring Low, Moderate and High Inherent Risk vendors though their lifecycle while engaging through out the life cycle starting from Onboarding, Due Diligence, Continuous Monitoring and Termination of Third party as per Third Party Risk Management policy and procedures. Required Qualifications, US: - 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International: - Experience in Business Operations, Leadership, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: - A total of 9-11 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Risk management or in Audit or in RCSA Job Expectations: - Candidate should be posses good knowledge on vendor Management LC , Risk assessed on third Party vendors and how to draw up controls , understand how to assess different technology platform for Tech Vendors etc
