AVP - VC Fund Raising/M&A Advisory - TMT Sector (Technology/Internet)

- Solid educational background. (MBA + BE). 5+ years of relevant experience

- Candidates who have end to end deal experience in the TMT sector

- Experience in closing consumer internet deals will be a preference (Internet sector)

- Solid experience in technology deals with M&A and fund raising.

Technology background is a plus (MBA + BE). 7+ years of relevant experience

Role involve :

- M&A Advisory

- Investment Deals (end to end deal)

- Fund raising

- TMT Sector (technology/internet)

Work on fund raising mandates primarily in the Technology space - typically Series B and beyond deals.

The candidate is expected to have done investment banking deals, of which some of them should be in fund raising. He should be familiar with the fund raising process.
