AVP - UK Mortgage Back Office Operations

Role is to spear head the UK Mortgage Back office operations PAN India completely, end to end accountability of Customer handling on global platform, a dynamic leader with good people management skills.

- A thorough UK Mortgage operations expert with hands on experience in the process delivery in back office and front office operations etc. should be agile on the market trends, play a vital role in RFXs on any new deal acquisition, handle transitions and transformation as a part of service delivery role.

- Should have an eye for Process Improvements team and work closely with the internal and external stakeholders for ensuring seamless service delivery of operations meeting customers SLAs and KPIs.

- Should be a matured leader with good mentoring experience and leading Senior Managers and Managers as direct reportees

- Looking for leaders from relevant domain experience of UK Mortgage operations from leading BPOs / KPOs.

- Should have led a team of 300+FTEs specifically in the UK Mortgage operations.

- Should have done transitions and transformations as a part of his operations deliverables.
