Process Overview- Treasury Fulfillment, Service &amp; Operations team manages the end-to-end implementation, servicing, and operations of all treasury solutions for corporate, commercial and business banking clients globally, and for treasury operations in Canada, EMEA, Latin America and Asia. Job Description- Working across global projects supporting Treasury Fulfillment &amp; Servicing teams while influencing stakeholders across regions. Role requires the successful candidate to drive multi generation global consistency project while contributing to other key initiatives Responsibilities- - Support Global Consistency initiatives in Treasury while working to create strategic blue print for hub strategy including the below aspects: - Standardize procedures, controls, workflow and client communication for similar work across Regions - Engage key stakeholders across levels an work through building agreement across solutions - Benchmark market practices - Identify success measures and governance around global consistency initiative - Build scientific model and develop overall project plan to create global hub within Treasury - Deploy overall plan while keeping stakeholders informed of the progress at each step - Support Digital Transformation and other key treasury projects in multiple stages as desired by the business Requirements : - Proven Project Management skills - PMP trained or certified (good to have) - Ability to Influence senior stakeholders - Knowledge of Treasury environment (good to have) - Experience in leading large multi-generation projects preferably involving technology enablement (AI, RPA, etc.,) - Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills - Must have eye for detail and should possess strong strategic &amp; analytical skills - Excellent time management skills - Flexible for night shifts Education : Any Graduate/Post graduate Experience Range : 13 to 15 years of experience Mandatory skills : - Good understanding on Treasury products &amp; Basic banking knowledge - Proven Project Management skills Desired skills : Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills Work Timings- Flexible as per business requirement (24- 7 coverage) Job Location- Gurugram
