Key Responsibilities:

1. Bank Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the organization's treasury and financial activities.

2. Cash Management: Oversee the organization's cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.

3. Debt Management: Manage the organization's debt portfolio, including raising funds through various debt instruments and optimizing debt costs.

4. Investment Management: Monitor and make investment decisions to maximize returns on surplus funds while adhering to risk management guidelines.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks in the treasury function.

6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement risk mitigation strategies.

7. Treasury Operations: Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including foreign exchange transactions, hedging, and related activities.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities to senior management and board members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.

2. 10-15 years of experience in treasury management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a PSU.

3. Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining bank relationships.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed financial decisions.

6. Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software.

7. Leadership and team management abilities.

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
