AVP - Treasury Back Office - BFS

1. Cash Flow Management: Manage cashflow preparation and execution.

2. Borrowing:

a. Execution of various type of borrowing transactions including Capital Debt Market - CDM (Bank Loan, NCD, MLD, Sub Debt, ECB, TREPS/CROMS etc.) including legal documentation

b. Liaison with various intermediaries and regulatory bodies viz. Stock Exchanges, Depositories, Trustees etc

c. Liaison with investors / lenders for execution of borrowing transaction

d. Ensure timely servicing of Debt Portfolio (Reset, repayments and buybacks/prepayments)

3. Investment

a. Ensure settlement of all primary or secondary market deals in timely manner

b. Ensure reporting of trades to regulators

Other factors relevant to the job

- Possess good understanding of Operational Risk Management, Financial & operational controls

- Should possess sound analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill

- Proficiency in Microsoft office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint

No. of years of relevant experience: Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Operations, Treasury Mid office, Treasury Compliances etc. Experience in Banking /NBFC is must.

Any specific specialization/education: Chartered Accountant or post-graduate with exposure in Treasury Management and compliance.
