The role shall report to the CFO, for a BBB-rated organisation, the key responsibilities are enlisted as follows: Key Responsibilities: Fundraising: - Prepare and send applications for borrowing. - Execute money market and capital market deals. - Negotiate and close banking lines. - Finalize borrowing documents. Investor Relations: - Handle investor, rating agency, and stakeholder queries. - Prepare investor decks and reports. - Set up investor meetings. Economic Research: - Conduct research on the economy and debt markets. Borrowing Management: - Maintain treasury systems and processes. - Handle queries from banks, rating agencies, and auditors. - Update borrowing documents and ensure timely repayments. Banking Relations: - Liaise with banks for transactions and facilities. - Manage relationships for fund-raising through Business Correspondent (BC) and co-lending. Must-Haves: - 15+ years in an NBFC. - Fundraising experience. - CA/MBA preferred. - Strong negotiation skills. - Strategic thinking.
