About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions Globally. Due to expansion in their India based global operational hub, an excellent opportunity has come up as Head of Transitions and Program Management based in Delhi/NCR. They are looking for seasoned professional to join their team as an AVP for managing the transitions, transformation, program management and business process re-engineering for the securities business.

Job Description

Reporting into SVP- Transitions, you would manage a team of transitions/project managers and analysts to:

- Managing different transitions that are happening in the shared service center

- Ensuring that all project deliverable completed in accordance with programme plans and are within the budget

- Manage risk management framework associated with transitions.

- Undertake operational excellence initiatives so as to enhance efficiency of processes being transitioned

- Align functional strategy with ongoing improvement projects to achieve efficient global operations

The Successful Applicant

- You must have around 8-14 years of experience in transitions & project management.

- You should have strong track record of delivering sustainable quality improvement programs and managing global stakeholders.

- Prior experience of managing large migration programs within financial services domain is a must.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, supporting long term career development.

- Understanding of securities operations shall be an added advantage.
