About our client:
Our Client is a leading Private Bank in India.
Primary Responsibilities:
- As a part of the Customer Experience function, the incumbent would be responsible to develop cutting edge customer-centric processes
- To enhance data dissemination & decision-making process by leveraging the use of modern technology
- Spearhead initiatives & ideas to reduce costs & improve productivity
- To improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score) by focusing on end customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve the desired business objectives
- Manage process resources in a cost effective manner
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 6-7 years of experience in Transformation & Business Process Re-engineering roles
- Excellent leadership skills & senior stakeholder management
- Understanding of best-in-class customer service standards
