Job description
- The Learning and Development, AVP is responsible for leading training interventions for Call Centre organization.
- Conducting training need analysis, developing & delivering customized solutions and establishing business impact for building Operations Team efficacy.
- Institutionalize functional/technical training systems for CCO vertical and focus on introduction of new training concepts/ establish blended learning practices
- Leading the knowledge management (Regulatory purposes & Process maps) for all call center trainings
- Regularly coaches Managers and employees to turn skills learned in training into application and impact in their respective departments
- Managing & developing a team of trainers and creating readiness for global intervention
- Executing the talent management framework in partnership with development team & contribute in behavioral training interventions
