Job Location- Jaipur

Job Description-

- Ensure that all KOPs are reviewed on a timely basis from a content perspective. The latest version to be uploaded on our internal portal post receipt of all requisite approvals.

- Ensure that KOP refresher courses are conducted at pre agreed periodicity along with the assessments. Action plans to be drawn up for staff who are declared unsuccessful and the same to be tracked for closure.

- Close liaison with the 2nd Line of Defence including Operations Risk,AML & Compliance .This would include regular refresher sessions to be organized for GMO by senior functionaries of these departments across both locations.

- Managing Mandatory Training Delinquencies for GMO & Messaging Operations across both locations .This should include regular updates to the senior team members about the upcoming cases which would become delinquent if not managed on priority.

- Along with the above to maintain strict governance around MTA compliance in accordance with the laid down policy.

- To build a decent repository of CASE STUDIES which could be used for training purposes and a global cascade if the lessons learnt are critical in nature.

- To ensure that the skill matrix grid for staff at both locations is prepared and kept upto date .This will help guage the training requirements at regular intervals.

- To continuously look at external accreditations which would be relevant for GMO staff alongwith building a timeline to ensure that all critical employees complete the ICP certification.

- Critically vet the contents of the assessments which is being administered for HIT MANAGEMENT, LIST UPLOAD activity to name a few.

- The candidate would be expected to be competent in handling the Microsoft packages including Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations

- The incumbent is also expected to look at the entire gamut of issues relating to upskilling of employees which would in turn help the management to formulate a transparent policy around succession planning.

- Should clearly exhibit traits of a self driven person with capability of engaging with senior stakeholders within the vertical.

- To take complete ownership of any other administrative responsibility that the management decides to attach to this role.

Primary Working Relationships

This position will closely work with GMO NOC India Management team.

Experience / Exposure

Essential :

- Overall at least 9 years of experience in the financial / banking sector including 4-5 years proven experience in Finance or related Business Management / Project Management functions.Candidates with Training profile would be preferred.

- Profound knowledge and expertise on AML & Compliance related topics.

- Proven experience in a relevant role

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

- Ability to learn and understand new technologies

- Ability to employ sound decisions from previous job experience

- Ability to negotiate

- Ability to resolve issues creatively and in a timely manner

- Excellent time management skills

- Experience in Global Banking industry

- Experience in people management preferable
