AVP - Training & Development - BFSI/BPO

The incumbent will support the GB&M business in the consultancy, design, delivery and management of Business and Markets related training (ILT, OLT) and related activities, and will liaise closely with the respective business RMs to ensure business requirements raised within the site are met.

The individual will, in addition, be responsible for people development and growth related activities within the Malaysia Site Service Centre (Learning Paths, PDP's, Leadership & Management Programmes, etc.) as required by the business and stakeholders.

Leadership & Teamwork :

To attract, lead and retain a team of Business Training and People Development specialists on a daily basis who develop, document, deliver and evaluate learning and development solutions based on business needs.

To represent the GBM SC Capability Development team in the site GBM Manco and work collaboratively with the business heads and other stakeholders in determining learning priorities and solutions.

To represent the needs of all GBM businesses in HDPM in the larger GBM SC Capability and Development Forums.

To manage and execute on all global and business learning initiatives within the site.

To work collaboratively with other learning providers and solution centres within Group and externally to enable seamless delivery of learning products to GB&M employee.

To align business training learning opportunities and solutions with the curricula provided by those Group Learning Academies servicing GB&M employee learning requirements.

Operational Effectiveness & Control :

Instill a culture of control and increased operational effectiveness within the Business group.

Be aware at all times of the changes in Risk and Control procedures within the Business and the effect of external regulation.
