A leading financial information service is looking for AVP Trainer. Below is the job description
Duties & Accountabilities
- Create and maintain all training documents
- Consolidate and maintain links for all training material under one SharePoint Site
- Create training schedule documents:
- Analyst Training Timeline
- New Hire Training Schedule
- Participate in interview process for new hires
- Coordinate all set-ups for New Hires
- Set-up and discuss training objectives with New Hires
- Train new hires and current analysts as needed
- Provide new hire assessment/evaluation to Managers on a weekly basis
- Provide feedback to management for mid-year and year-end reviews
- Create and administer Tollgates
WSO processes such as Trade Settlement, Trade Audit, Global Activity Processing, Global Activity QC, Position and Cash Reconciliations.
