Role is to spear head Trade finance operations in the commercial banking - BPO operations for Chennai Business Unit completely.  - Handling a delivery team of Minimum 250+ head count and ownership of P&L management  - He/she will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, meeting & exceeding revenue/margin targets of the business with total accountability for providing strategic direction for future business growth of the account  - Delivered strategic direction and driven changes in line with the growing environmental challenges thereby maximizing benefit for all stakeholders  - Demonstrable Process Management, Project Management, People Management & Client management skills   - Experienced in off-shore, back-shore processes, & developed capability to build, accelerate &ramp-up teams  - Experiential understanding & expert insight of Operational Risk Management, Risk Self- Assessment procedures, Business Continuity Programs and policy standards compliance  - Experience in driving large Operational process re-engineering & Straight-through Processing improvements as a part of Delivery leader portfolio  Candidate profile expectations  - Looking for a matured seasoned leader with Hands on experience leading Trade finance operations in the commercial banking space in a tier 1/2 BPO - minimum 250+ head count  - Excellent account management skills - farming and Mining and very good stake holder management expertise as well  - Strong insight in Process re-engineering and solutioning experience.  Job location : Chennai
