AVP - Trade Expense

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure adequacy of controls in the process to prevent any risk events in your team

Be responsible for KPI/KRIs of the function

Have front-to-back understanding and end-to-end ownership for your process and the interlinked functions

Ensure that you are recognised as a Subject Matter Expert in your functional area

Be responsible for managing the performance of your team by setting clear objectives and conducting periodic reviews with timely and appropriate feedback.

Be responsible for execution of critical projects in your area

Ensure compliance to all activities associated with BCP.
