Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Role:

- Responsible for achievement of P&L Targets for Digital Business Unit for Third Partty Products- Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPO, Stock Baskets & Asset Products

- Managing the team of Team Leaders and Agents/RM's who are engaged in cross selling of above Third Party Products

- Responsible to drive & generate targeted TPP income from KSL clients

- Responsible for achieving TPP income targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

- Apprise new strategies, journeys on TPP products.

- Arrange/present monthly/timely reviews with senior management/business heads on business performance reviews and next plan of action for the month/quarter.

Requirements:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA with 5 years' experience in team leading.

- Proven work experience as a team leader

- Should have sound understanding of capital markets.

- Should be a result oriented, self - starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance.

- Should have good communication & people management skills

- Should be NISM certified in Cash/Derivatives/Currency Derivatives.

- Should have excel knowledge & ability to work with data, build MIS

- Should have good presentation skills & analytical ability to work with data.
