- Manage special projects independently within the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) domain, demonstrating expertise in project management and execution.
- Utilize data analysis and presentation skills to drive insights and recommendations for C&B initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather data, and deliver imperative solutions.
- Drive the implementation of C&B projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in C&B, providing guidance and support to the HR team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in C&B, incorporating learnings into project strategies and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the C&B function.
A successful candidate must have:
- NBFC, Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services experience is preferred
- Extensive experience, ideally 7-10 years, in the field of Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with a demonstrated track record of independently managing special projects.
- Strong academic background from Tier 1 colleges and a deep understanding of data analytics and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively analyze and communicate complex information.
- In addition to their technical skills, a successful candidate would exhibit high scalability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
