ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive high-level strategic planning of compensation and benefits programs for the Organisation. - Overseeing the full scope of employee benefits and compensation programs for the India Geo. This includes managing both the design and delivery of these programs in order to ensure they meet the needs of the Organisation & Employees. - Ensures compensation and benefits programs remain within budgetary constraints and align with organizational goals. - Regularly review and update existing benefits and compensation programs to ensure they remain competitive - Monitor trends, provide recommendations, and suggest initiatives. - Bring external experience and best practices to guide the evolution of renumeration - Consults with legal and financial professionals to ensure compliant and financially sound programs. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: - Graduate, preferably MBA HR. - HR certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) is a plus. - 10+ years of overall experience in core C&B - with proven expertise in leading strategic C&B function in a BPO/KPO organisation. - Strong strategic & analytical thinking. - Strong influencing skills & an ability to drive decisions.
