Not a constraint for the right candidate.   We need people from Top Global IT, ITES, Shared Service, Consulting Firm, Banking Captives, KPOs only.   Job Description:   AVP - Total Rewards is responsible for managing the end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Market Intelligence (REWARD), Global Rewards Planning (TRPC), Compensation Administration (ACAT), and ad-hoc reporting and metrics coming from global compensation and GU Service delivery teams.   - The Total Rewards personnel is responsible for performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Rewards Strategy, Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay - administration and calculation, Employee communication, Benefits, Executive compensation, documentation, reward policies and ad-hoc reporting & metrics.   - He will be responsible to ensure quality delivery, participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams.
