Looking For AVP Third Party Risk Analyst Mumbai

- Design, Create, Develop and Maintain Outsourcing Register for countries and ensure business activity owners remain compliant with the regulatory guidelines regarding the register

- Develop automated excel workbook(s) for use as data entry templates

- Develop tools to reconcile outsourcing inventory data with the source system data

- Implement Data Normalization (where possible) to reduce data redundancy and improve data integrity

- Develop Excel Macros, data flow charts and SharePoint forms to collect business related information and analysis

- Develop automated tools that help in preparation various reports and MIS (including Power Point) on monthly basis and share the report with Country TPRMs, TPM-SC committee members, Country ERC Heads etc. on TPM Key Indicators, Outsourcing Inventory Landscape, IA Audit Issues, Regulatory Exams, Gaps in DD/OGM etc

- Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD) and gain agreement with stakeholders

- Act as single point of contact for status on automation projects related to outsourcing register

- Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans and apply quality management principles and processes.

- Working knowledge of Knime will be an advantage.

- Work with CTPRM, Sector TPM Leads, Resource Management Organization and other Subject matter Experts (Information Security, Business Continuity, Third Party Credit Risk, Cross Border Data Clearance, etc.) to strive automation through system linkages with the source system data and ensure the data accuracy in the outsourcing register

- Communicate with cross functional teams and participate in global and regional projects (as required) to ensure consistency in executing regional and global OTRC projects and initiatives

- Ensure timely and effective communication to all stakeholders

- Organize, facilitate and lead meetings (plan, facilitate, document, follow up) for key stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships with clusters and/or business leaders and program/project owners.

- Develop training materials when needed and support related training programs to key stakeholders and users.
