AVP - Testing - Basel/Regulatory Reporting

CTC 20-28 LPA

Good knowledge of Regulatory reporting required.

Role Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for leading the Business Testing efforts of newly developed functionality to ensure they meet Finance requirements. The systems will be tested through Functional Testing, Regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

An ideal candidate for the role will be required to :

- Acquire an in-depth understanding RWA Transformation Programme, its requirements and Design Framework.

- Build and Create Test Strategy, Test stage plans and Test Sign-off reports, and align the team effort with the overall Test Strategy

- Critically review the analysis done by the team for Test requirements and Test Conditions.

- Review of Test Scenarios, Test Conditions & Scripts and securing buy-in from Stakeholders.

- Perform and review testing analysis to ensure that all business requirements are met and suitable test processes are in place to verify and validate them.

- Critical review of the test coverage of the scripts and their prioritization as per the business impact.

- Leverage, maintain and administer defect management tools in an efficient and effective manner.

- Leverage and Support test infrastructure, such as test management tools and test reporting.

- Support members of the management team and project stakeholders in the testing process
