AVP - Technology Transfer
The role is to lead the Tech Transfer and Process Engineering function, below are a few key responsibilities :
- Creating the technology absorption plan from R&D for new products.
- Preparation of the manufacturing plan for the first campaign of the new product.
- Ensuring the completion of all technical requirements for new product launch.
- Aligning the new process feasibility for the scale up.
- Preparation for the technology absorption report from R&D for the products demonstrated by R&D
Expected candidate profile as below:
The candidate is expected to be a B-Tech or an M-Tech from a reputed university with 15 years of industrial experience.
Following key attributes would be critical for a successful incumbent :
a) Being abreast of the latest cutting-edge technologies and developments in chemical research and production.
b) The ability to solve complex technical problems with technical insights and creativity.
c) The ability to design processes and systems to drastically improve the output and profitability.
d) To prepare a case for, acquire and assimilate cutting edge technology that will recover costs in quick time.
e) Strong leadership skills and highly passionate to develop the function ahead
