About the Company:

HFC is an Digital Lending Housing Finance Company () that caters to the informal and semi-formal self-employed businesses using a mix of technology and human touch. The Company is founded by Professional bankers and backed by Impact Investors based abroad, who wish to contribute to housing finance development in India.

We are currently seeking interns whom we can groom to build expertise and ability understand the business of Affordable housing search, Housing Finance market, Customer Segment, Digital Marketing, Market segmentation and opportunities that can transform the lives and livelihoods of informal self-employed to find a home, finance a home and improve their livelihoods.

Job Details:

As Technology Solutions, it will be his/her responsibility to architect and oversee the entire technology platform for all aspects of the loan process, viz., low code, no code, CRM, Application, Loan Origination, Automated decisioning, 3rd party financial data-source integration, Loan Management, Loan lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms; and marketplace portals among others, in partnership with a Technology company.

Responsibilities:

company is looking for a 'Techie' to manage all aspects of its technology initiative. He/ She will have the opportunity to work on developing the full stack web and mobile platform as below

- Drive the pipeline for integrations of the platform, managing the different categories (Account Aggregator, Fintech integrations, Others) to simplify and maximize the performance of the company to make it future ready and always be in Beta mode. Track the pipeline, to ensure we hit Technology targets.

- Inhouse the expertise for Low Code, Open Source front end controls on DevOps software

- Define the development stack, technical roadmap and IT framework with the Business team.

- Develop and direct safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches, fraud and compliance

- Identify competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company.

- Mentor the tech vendor to partner, build and lead the fully digital tech platform and mobility solution that is the foundation of all of company's products and services.

- Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution.

- Experience in DevOps, Python & Django framework, MySQL, HTML,CSS, JS. Working knowledge of building an Loan Management System would be a huge plus

Qualification, Experience and Expertise

- Engineer from a premier institute with 10+ years of work experience in technology

- Expert in Technology architecture, technology solutions, mobile app, web development, preferably in a fintech company

- Have hands-on developer experience. Experience having led end to end development of at least two mobile based product that has been released and used by consumers/ corporates

- Eager to build an organisation and create a scalable tech ecosystem for large scale impact

- Excited about data and can lead processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis to enhance customers' experience and efficiency of operations
