AVP - Technology - BFS

Job Description :

- Responsible for co-developing technical strategy along with the stakeholders for developing and maintaining a technical roadmap

- Be a part of senior management to develop company's strategy and product strategy

- Responsible for program management and execution of engineering plan

- Responsible for managing the annual budget of the s/w engineering department which will include team headcounts, consulting spends, equipment costs, developments etc,

- Supervising and mentoring the technical team of Engineering managers, Tech leads, developers etc

- Having good knowledge distributed and messaging systems, architectural patterns, and object oriented analysis and design

- Understanding of traditional relational databases and modern NoSQL databases
