Job Title: AVP - Taxation

Reporting Manager: Senior Vice President - Taxation

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 6+ years

Salary: Rs 18-27 Lacs + Variables

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for review of tax working compiled by a team and ensuing tax compliances within due dates for both taxes i.e. corporate and GST.

Key Performance Indicators

1) Review and take proactive steps for tax computation, payment and filing within due dates i.e. for corporate tax, tax audit, transfer pricing, TDS, GST, etc.

2) Part of statutory audit closure and activities tax related schedules (tax provision, deferred tax, advance tax, etc.)

3) Stakeholder management - key stakeholders tax consultants, internal technology team, internal auditor, external auditor, vendors

4) Provide strategic input related to tax matters
 
5) Supervise and provide necessary guidance to the team to ensure all action required for tax filing are taken on time

6) Team player, work jointly within Finance Function

7) Create an environment of mutual trust between Business & Finance

8) Ensure tax payment and filing are within due dates

9) Review of internal control processes.

10) Improve information/data flow and automate process to reduce timelines, increase accuracy and enhance efficiency
