AVP - Taxation - CA

Qualification and Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant having an experience of about 18-20 years in Manufacturing medium scale Industry in an Independent capacity. The last experience of the candidate should be with a manufacturing Industry having a turnover of around INR 200 Cr.

The candidate should be capable to deal with Taxation and Accounts Deptt of Group Companies and their Promoters independently.

Brief on Job Responsibilities:

Taxation: He will be responsible for;

1. Direct Taxation of Group Companies and their Promoters

2. TDS/TCS matters

3. Indirect Taxation- GST

4. Old matters related to Excise/Service Tax and VAT, whenever raised by the respective departments.

Property Matters:

He will deal with all property's matters owned by Group Companies and their Promoters.

Accounts/Finance:

He will be responsible for overall Accounts and Finance of Group Companies and their Promoters including but not limited to;

1. Finalization of Accounts on monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual basis.

2. Getting Accounts audited by Statutory Auditor and Internal Auditor etc.

3. Implementation of best accounting practices.

4. Dealing with GST audits.

5. Filing all requisite returns w.r.t. Taxation/TDS/TCS/GST etc.

6. Dealing with all related Govt Authorities.

7. Dealing with Banks and FIs for various Credit Facilities.

8. Dealing with Joint Ventures, mergers and acquisitions under guidance of MD and CFO.

9. Dealing with various legal and other agreements.

10. Monitoring compliances of all other applicable Acts, including Factory Act, Labour Act, ESI/PF/Gratuity/Fire NOC etc.

11. Insurance matters.

12. Monitoring of Stores deptt .

EDP Deptt:

He will be dealing with all EDP/ Software related matters.
