- The HR role is about bringing significant changes within our HR organisation as well as being the SPOC for the larger PMO team from an HR perspective. There will be multiple challenges related to any major change program both within HR and within the business.
- Must possess and demonstrate innovation and use it strategically to serve the business's strategy.
- The jobholder needs to demonstrate strong change management skills to build the appropriate levels of support in many parts of the organisation, leading to actual implementation of change
- Influence skills will be key to success since the role will call for working with a - virtual team- across Businesses and Geographies.
- Plan, prioritize and execute specific country strategic HR project activities and capability deployments resulting in achieving business case
- Facilitate and contribute to the implementation of a new HR organisation delivering higher efficiency results and bringing more professionalism in the function
- Engage and work with key stakeholders on project implementation, both from business and from HR to ensure buy-in
- Enable better decision making around HR project approval and prioritization of various activities for the HR Leadership team
Candidates Profile :
Must :
Academic Background : Post Graduate in HR from a renowned B-School.
Must have had exceptional academic track record in high school, college and B-School
Experience of 3 to 6 years post MBA in HR function
Work Experience :
- Experience in Talent management, OD & Strategic HR projects
- From a service Industry background.
- Domain knowledge preferred
