1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Organization Development (OD) strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goal.
2. Responsible for executing Talent Management processes in the organization (Assessment, Identification, Development & Engagement)
3. Design & execute differentiated talent management strategies for various groups of employees across levels.
4. Support the succession planning exercise for the KMP of the organization.
5. Plan & execute annual engagement calendar.
6. Support in designing & executing the career management stream for the organization.
7. Work on research and development of policies for people and human resources management and provide such technical solutions that can help in achieving the employee initiatives and campaign goals.
8. Analyze performance metrics like statistics on employee retention and experience to come up with ideas for improvements and enhancements.
