Hiring for AVP-Talent Acquisition with NBFC wing of a MNC Bank.

Company Profile : Our client is a sister concern company of leading MNC bank headquartered in Mumbai to cater to Retail Finance & Wealth Management for Mass and Emerging Affluent segments with a diversified product suite of products - Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans & Securities Finance through a pan India branch distribution direct acquisition model along with a focused digital outreach.

The Role :

This position provides leadership, direction and functional expertise on complex projects/initiatives for overall recruiting within the financial area. This position will be responsible for the strategic direction of full life cycle recruitment for all level searches including partnering with senior leadership to define talent needs, in-depth talent sourcing strategies, progressive assessments, and developing a comprehensive on-boarding process.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

Lead, assess and develop a team of professional recruiters to deliver a consistent and superior level of service to the client.

Develop, mentor, and coach individuals to meet the needs of the business and the employee

Provides strategic direction and training to build and enhance the capability of the team

Partners effectively with peers on the Recruiting Leadership Team to share ideas, collaborate on projects and provide mutual support when requested

Build and Execute Strategy :

Learn the business and the key drivers for financial success, while understanding the talent communities that impact success, and contribute to the strategy creation.

Builds and executes an effective recruiting and candidate sourcing strategy that aligns with the business objectives and supports the demand plan for talent

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.

Develops and implements the strategic direction of the full recruiting function including all aspects of diversity and inclusion.

Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Recruit Top Talent :

Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting of senior leadership across the assigned business, with a focus on vice president level positions.

Provides complex internal client and external candidate management, assessment skills and overall search process management.

Directly creates, or in partnership with retained search firm, comprehensive search strategy and position specifications - critical qualifications, leadership expectations, non-negotiables, performance measures.

Conducts detailed performance based interviews and chronological interviews with internal and external candidates

Provides consultative talent advice across all aspects of recruiting from intake session, search strategy, assessment, candidate management, and offer.

Relationship Management :

Establishes and builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders, as well as externally with retained search partners.

Works collaboratively and effectively with HR COE partners, including HRBP, total rewards, HR operations, leadership development to provide a comprehensive service offering to the business.

Selects and builds effective relationships with third party search agency, negotiate terms and conditions and fees and monitors their efforts, effectiveness, and quality.

Candidate only from tier-1 shall apply for the same, with minimum expertise of 5 years in Talent Acquisition.
