Organisation is looking for a HR Recruitment Leader for one of its largest core functions. The incumbent will support an organization of 800+ employees.

- He/she would possess strong influencing and leadership skills, along with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The person should have a Masters from XLRI, IIM A,B,C or L, TISS or SCMHRD (no later than batch of 2006) and must have experience into Recruitment- Leadership Hiring (Executive Search).
- The individual must have a stellar academic record and must have worked in IT Product or eCommerce Companies. The role basically involves Individual Contribution. At some point of time he/she might have to handle a team.
A stint in a start-up environment would make the profile a high match for the requirement.
