We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients at Bangalore for AVP- TA - Leadership Hiring and attached is the details below :

The Head of Executive & Leadership Hiring for India serves as a key leader within the organization.

- Reporting to the Head of Recruitment based in Bangalore, He/she will be responsible for recruiting coveted talent at Executive & leadership levels while ensuring an excellent Candidate Experience.

- He/She will have overall responsibility for the process, both in definition and execution, will have accountability for data and reporting for the department

- Will lead the development of documentation for the Executive hiring processes and policies globally; will review sourcing channels to make sure we have the appropriate resources to meet our hiring goals.

- In order to ensure the strategy is well aligned with the business objectives of the organization, the incumbent will need to develop strong relationships across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of seasoned leadership & executive hiring recruiters for India

- Identify and implement recruiting "best practices" across the industry to help streamline and standardize processes

- Reviewing and documenting current processes, and aligning the same globally

- Maintain reporting on all KPIs and trends in hiring

- Maintaining relationships with vendors for assessments, background checks, social media, job postings, etc

- Providing leadership and direction for team which includes multiple functional areas ensuring appropriate recruitment processes are being adhered to in a consistent manner

- Collaborates with Recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes

Qualifications :

- MBA in HR or equivalent post graduation degree.

- 13+ years related experience. Minimum of 10 years of combined human resources and/or talent acquisition experience with specific experience in leading executive recruitment for an organization of comparable stature ;

- Strong customer care orientation exemplified by a history of implementing programs that promote an extraordinary candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;

- Demonstrated success in developing and leading teams to higher levels of personal and organizational performance;

- Proven track record of creativity in terms of solving complex challenges in diverse cultures;
