Description

Accountable for the management of the company's end to end sourcing operations across lines of business and functions. Responsible for ensuring that the sourcing strategy aligns with business forecasts and ensuring sourcing targets across the organization are met within the stipulated time.

Sourcing Strategy

- Is accountable for strategic staffing; including planning to ensure delivery of the sourcing plan in accordance with Mindcrest's business objectives

- Delivers a plan to source candidates from entry to management levels, manages the sourcing pipeline to ensure timely availability of quality incoming talent

- Creates and propagates a sourcing brand for Mindcrest to attract the best talent

- Creates a "virtual bench" of ready candidates who can be hired based on business needs

- Effectively harnesses multi-source recruitment channels (consultant, employee referral, Campus)

Campus Recruiting

- Markets the Mindcrest brand and work culture at recruitment drives and campus placement drives

- Organizes and manages recruitment drives and receptions

- Defines and clearly articulates internally and externally the organizational point-of-view of desirable employee profiles

- Builds long term relationships with law schools at various levels; engages with law schools to attract graduating students

- Designs and executes internship plan

Capability Building

- Partners with business leaders to understand talent capability levels, maps capabilities to job profiles in the market

- Develops and implements plan to hire lateral talent at multiple job levels and across functional areas

- Leverages existing and builds new business relationship with search firms to target focused lateral hiring needs

Management

- Implements best practices to quantitatively and qualitatively improve the sourcing, hiring and onboarding process

- Works with the Finance department to prepare and manage to the Sourcing budget

- Engages with Operations and Mindcrest University (MU) to ensure a seamless hiring and on-boarding process

- Integrates talent management initiatives into the sourcing plan

- Provides training to hiring managers on interviewing skills, positioning Mindcrest to candidates

- Manages vendor relations effectively

Analysis and Reporting

- Establishes and communicates recruitment SLAs to management and relevant business stakeholders

- Provides regular MIS reports to management based on internal and market analysis to facilitate business decisions
