A. Searching for resumes from job portals, social networking sites and relationships in industry
B. Searching candidates for technical proposals for various tenders
C. Co-ordination with empaneled consultants and candidates ensuring smooth interview process
D. Ensuring timely and effective execution of all open lateral positions
E. Maintaining CV database and MIS for all recruitment positions
F. Establishing relationships with new recruitment consultants
G. Expanding relationship network with associates and bring in best talent pool
