AVP - Talent Acquisition - BPO

Job Description:

- Responsible for entire hiring for the location across levels & BU's

- Responsible for stakeholder / team / vendor management

- Will be majorly involve in bulk hiring

- Ensure proper channel mix of campus, vendor, walkins, etc

- Ensure ramp up targets are met

Requirements:

- 9+ yrs experience in bulk hiring for International BPO's.

- MBA / PGDBA is preferable

- Proven track record of hiring in large numbers across levels and functions

- Should be currently atleast a Senior Manager in a similar role
