AVP - Talent Acquisition - BPO
Responsibilities included:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with the company's needs and goals.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.
- Building strong employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find qualified candidates.
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance hiring outcomes.
- Developing relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to support talent acquisition efforts.
Overall, your role is pivotal in attracting, selecting, and retaining the best talent to drive the success of the BPO company.
