Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end talent acquisition and predominantly responsible for Leadership hiring.
2. Partnering with business stakeholders to understand the hiring requirements.
3. Build a strong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India while liaising directly with the hiring managers.
4. Lead employment branding initiatives to attract talent.
5. Ability to create relevant recruitment platform to optimize recruitment costs.
