Role:
- Pure play talent acquisition role - Supporting the Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Risk and Operations hiring for mid - level.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite
- Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
- Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping
- Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
- This profile requires the Candidate to act as a Team Manager for a strength of about 3-5
- Should have good knowledge of Banking terminologies & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective sourcing methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry
- Excellent Communication skills and Negotiation skills
Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification in a field related to HR is preferred
- Preference will be given to recruiters from Indian Banks or NBFCs
- Candidates with good pedigree will be given preference
- 10-15 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required
- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy
- Team handling experience is a must
Functional Competency:
- Exposure to Banking or Finance function is a must
- Understands own function within group and industry context, articulates priorities, frames the right strategic questions and adapts short term plans as business priorities
